I am eager on visiting restaurants as I really enjoy eating, but I do not have habit of taking photos, as I like to enjoy the moment.

I visited a lot of restaurants here, but nothing have engraved detailed memory on my mind.

Before I left Serbia, just a couple of hours before my flight, I went to a restaurant with my family in Belgrade, whose name translated on English would be “Two Dears”.

Founded in 1832, the restaurant “Dva Jelena” is a centuries-old symbol of Belgrade, a guardian of tradition and bohemian spirit.

I ordered Karađorđe’s schnitzel, which came with various grilled vegetables and rice serving alongside, that was quite unusual. Karađorđeva is supposed to be served with roasted potatoes and tartar sauce. For those who dont know, Karađorđe’s schnitzel is a rolled veal or pork steak, stuffed with kajmak. I also ordered a lemonade and a cup of homemade coffee. Both drinks were perfect in taste and in look.
